As a marketing intern at Antares, I’ve learned that to build trust with not-for-profits I would have to do more than just list AI features. It means understanding the mission, the people, and the constraints they navigate every day – tight budgets, overworked teams, and a need to do more with less.

To write this blog, I didn’t start with a blank page though. I started by collaborating directly with my partner QBot.

Using our internal sandbox version connected to SharePoint and Teams, I worked with QBot’s Knowledge Search and Writing Assistant persona to extract patterns from our proposals, implementation details and case studies like Mission Australia to uncover the daily friction points HR, IT, and support teams face. Then I worked with its Ideation and Problem-Solving persona to shape those insights into a story that felt practical and hopeful – not just technical.

What follows is QBot’s own voice. A message to the people who serve others, about how small changes in data and systems can unlock big shifts in service, time, and energy.
