Cloud Collective expands capabilities and launches into New Zealand with Walkerscott addition

Sydney, 5th July 2021 – Cloud Collective, an award-winning strategic alliance of leading Microsoft Gold partners born to address the growing requirements of mid-market companies, today announced that it has signed on Sydney-based Walkerscott as the latest company to join the consortium.

Walkerscott joins Antares, IComm and Quorum which over the past three years have provided Cloud Collective customers with a depth of expertise across the latest Microsoft technologies as well as complete end-to-end cloud solutions.

Walkerscott brings expertise and experience in the Dynamics 365 platform to round out the Cloud Collective’s capability, expertise and solutions across all three Microsoft clouds, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365. Walkerscott is a Microsoft Gold Partner with 5 gold certifications including Application Development and Cloud Platform.

In addition, Cloud Collective will now expand into New Zealand through Walkerscott’s offices in Wellington and Auckland.

Paul Knox, CEO, Walkerscott, says, “We made the easy decision to join the Cloud Collective as it allows Walkerscott to continue providing outstanding service to our clients as a boutique consultancy while giving our customers easy access to the full power of the entire Microsoft Platform.”

Providing complementary skills and capabilities, Cloud Collective provides both in-depth expertise across the latest Microsoft technologies and a complete end-to-end wrap of cloud solutions.  Its partner companies have more than 50 years of business experience delivering complex projects for private and public organisations, both in Australia and overseas.

Rachel Bondi, Chief Partner Officer, Microsoft Australia said, “This is a fantastic expansion of Cloud Collective which has gone from strength to strength. The multiplying impact our partners can have when they work together is nothing short of outstanding. Partner to partner sharing of skills, experience, technical capability and insight unlocks massive customer value.”

Cloud Collective’s combined Microsoft Partner accreditations – including a total of twelve Gold Competencies, and six Advanced Specialisations – provide assurance around the quality of work it consistently delivers.

Mark McLean Managing Director, Quorum remarked, “Over the last three years, Cloud Collective has had great success driving transformation projects for some of Australia’s most trusted brands. Bringing Walkerscott into the alliance is the final piece of the puzzle which will enable delivery across all four Microsoft Solutions areas and all three Clouds. The team at Walkerscott are not only a great fit competency wise but they are also perfectly aligned from a culture perspective and we are excited to have them join us on the journey.”
