Most organisations have AI licences and a list of ideas, but no agent in daily use.

In our experience the reasons are simple. The first project was too big to finish, nobody owned the agent once it was built, or the process was never written down.

The Agent Quick Win is designed around those three problems. One process, one named owner, three weeks, and a measured result at the end.

What the Quick Win includes.

  • One working agentBuilt in Copilot Studio on one process, using approved sources already in Microsoft 365.
  • A pilot on live workFive to ten of your people use the agent for a week, with usage, time taken and accuracy measured.
  • A measured resultReported against the success measure agreed in week one, with a handover document and one recommended next step with its cost.
  • Two months of supportManaged AI Service Essentials is included, so the agent stays monitored and supported while you decide what comes next.

What we need from your team.

  • A process owner, for about six hours across the three weeks
  • A pilot group of five to ten people
  • Access to the sources the agent will use, such as SharePoint sites or document libraries
  • Copilot Studio available in your tenancy. We confirm your licensing in the discovery session.

$7,500 fixed, in AUD and excluding GST. Microsoft licences and Copilot Studio capacity are billed separately, and you receive a written estimate of the agent’s running cost before you start.

How the three weeks run.

The same sequence every time, so you know what is needed from your team and when.

Before you commit

Discovery session

Sixty minutes on one process. We say plainly whether an agent is the right answer, and confirm the fixed price.

Week 1

Map and agree

We map the steps, sources and exceptions with the process owner, and agree the success measure and pilot group.

Week 2

Build and test

The agent is built in your tenancy, tested against real cases and reviewed with the process owner.

Week 3

Pilot and readout

Your pilot group uses the agent on live work. You receive the measured result and one recommended next step.

A first step that is easy to approve.

The Quick Win is small enough to sign off without a procurement process, and the result is measured rather than assumed.

A fixed price, agreed before you start.

$7,500 excluding GST, for one agent on one process. The scope is confirmed in writing after the discovery session, so the price does not move.

Credited in full if the result is not met.

If the pilot does not meet the success measure agreed in week one, the readout explains why and the $7,500 is credited against your next piece of work with Antares within six months.

Microsoft funding may cover part of the cost.

Microsoft runs partner-delivered funding programmes for AI assessment and deployment. Eligibility depends on your licensing and the programmes available at the time, and we check it in the discovery session.

Your data stays in your tenancy.

The agent respects your existing Microsoft Entra ID permissions, uses only the sources you approve, and logs its activity so it can be reviewed.

Good first agents.

The strongest first agents work from documents your team already trusts. Each starts from a tested pattern and is configured to your process and sources.

Project advisor

Drafts status reports, RAID log updates and steering papers from project records.

Bid and tender response

Drafts first answers to RFP questions from your approved content library and flags gaps.

Policy and procedure assistant

Answers staff questions from current policies, cites the source and routes what it cannot answer.

New starter onboarding

Guides new starters through their first weeks and answers common leave and entitlement questions.

Service desk knowledge

Resolves common questions from your knowledge base and hands over to a person with context gathered.

Sector agents

Grant and programme reporting for not-for-profits, and staff support for schools and universities.

After the first agent.

The build is the shortest part of an agent’s life. Models are updated, connectors change and source content moves, so every agent is supported from go-live. You move to the next step when the evidence supports it.

Both of these started with one use case and grew into everyday use across the organisation.

Where the Quick Win fits best.

  • A process people complain about, with a person who owns it
  • The information the agent needs is already in Microsoft 365
  • A business owner who can put forward a pilot group

When a different first step fits better.

  • Agent Opportunity Workshop, $4,500For a long list of ideas and no agreed first one. Your three strongest opportunities, ranked with cost estimates.
  • Readiness and Governance Sprint, $8,500For teams already building agents without shared rules. Environments, access, data loss prevention and an agent inventory.
  • AI for Project Professionals, from $9,500 per cohortFor teams with Copilot licences and uneven use. Three half-days and a gap week on live work.

If the process lives in one person’s head, we start with a short documentation pass, because an agent cannot follow steps that have never been written down.

Bring one process that is costing your team time.

A 60-minute discovery session with the Antares AI team, at no cost.

  • The fixed price and a draft success measure
  • Whether Microsoft funding may apply

Questions about your first agent.

Microsoft 365 Copilot helps each person with their own work across email, documents and meetings. An agent is built for one process. It knows the steps, uses approved sources and can draft, answer or route work, with a person approving where it matters.

The readout says so and explains why. The $7,500 is credited in full against your next piece of work with Antares within six months, and there is no obligation to continue.

The agent is yours and stays in your Microsoft tenancy. The first two months of Managed AI Service Essentials are included, so it stays monitored and supported while you decide what comes next. After that, Essentials continues from $750 a month, or you can stop with no further cost.

Microsoft licences and Copilot Studio capacity are billed separately from our services. We confirm what you already have in the discovery session and give you a written estimate of the agent’s running cost before you start. The Managed AI Service reports actual consumption monthly.

No. The agent is built in your own Microsoft tenancy and respects your existing Microsoft Entra ID permissions. It uses only the sources you approve, and its activity is logged so it can be reviewed.
